Mirror Worthy? 578 ES Shield, Dual 33 Resist, 108 Spell Crit

Currently in the final stage of crafting my shield. I alt/regal'd the ES and spell crit, and spent 8 exalts/eternals for the dual resists. I'm aiming for a high spell damage roll (60%+) or a high ES Hybrid roll (40%+). If I were to hit either of these, would this shield be mirror worthy?

I know that this may already be the 'best' ES shield on Onslaught, but would either of the above rolls justify spending a mirror on it?
