Insane 710 ES vaal regalia + 2 high resists, 30% and 43% and almost 100 HP

Eh, I got 2 ex for a 4l 739 es vaal with no resists. Same guy was offering like 2ex10ch for a similar with a couple resist rolls though.

No idea if he was highballing me or lowballing the other; he may have just not cared at all about resists.
