PC on Max Armor roll / Max Str ; 92 hp rustic sash

up , any comments on how to begin crafting would be nice as well. So far I've gathered that I have 2 suffix and 1 prefix slot filled.

Are low-no resist belts used in high level onslaught at all? It would be unfortunate if the armor and strength roll degraded the value.
