is life leech effective in pvp and is bloodless passive worth it?

bloodless passive imo really isnt worth it for LLD but maybe for merci open pvp since life leach builds are more viable.

ive never done merc pvp so i should jsut get there and decide i guess. im talking more about merc pvp i dont like LLD cause im too poor i jsut want 1 character for farm and pvp.
i can drop elemental adaptation for bloodless i guess ill figure out what my strengths and weaknesses are onc ei get there :D thx for answer ppl on other forum just say my punctuation is bad and make fun of me :/ IGN- Isiander
