Unarmed PVP movement skill

Hi
I'd like to point out that unarmed builds in pvp has a big flaw. There is not a single movement skill that you can use while unarmed (except Lightning Warp bud thats not realy for an unarmed character). Is it possible to let shield charge used while only wielding a shield? InG:

the secret here is to have a weapon on switch with shield charge, leap slam, or whirling blades and get good at switching between the two. It is definitely possible to become efficient at this.

Caster can use dagger with whirl blades, also lightning warp
