What affixes in items is worth keeping

Hello fellow exiles!

I have just start playing this game (was in closed beta but did not play much) and to my surprise I got hooked pretty fast. Only lvl 19 now but my stash is pretty full with items and I'm wondering which stats (affixes and suffixes) on items are worth to keep for trade. I think I have a lot of crap in my stash but not sure which ones to vendor.

I'm trying to look for basic rules that can determine whether a stat in an item is worth or not.

For example in Diablo3 a basic rule is: any item with trifecta stats (CHC critical hit chance, IAS increase attack speed, CD critical dmg,) is worth keeping. Even only 2 stats (CHC + IAS or CHC + CD) it is already worth keeping depending on the value of the stats. Does POE have such basic rules?

On armor you always want life and resists, being the main big ones.

On weps you want depending on what you are going high physical damage or high elemental damage.

Generally you should save items that have high life and resists rolls.

I use this site to determine if I got a good roll on my item.

Beside the combination of high life and resist roll , are there more combination that is in the category: "Keep It"
