Anarchy League move to HC

I believe that all players with 0 deaths, should be transferred to hardcore after the Anarchy league is over!
as you would know many HC players would love to play anarchy, only knowing that even if they have 0 deaths at the end of the league they will still be transferred to default, is enough for them to just not bother. Also it gives new players like myself who feel as if they are almost ready to HC, the incentive to try it, as they will probably play Anarchy anyways but it means they can try not to die at the same time as enjoying the features like they would have normally.
I can imagine this wouldn't take very long to add, i don't know much about how a game is designed but i can imagine if each characters deathcounts are stored somewhere seeing as you can check "/death" then it will be easy to set anyone with 0 to transfer to HC instead of default! :)
