A Few Quality Gems

I'm not really sure how much quality affects any particular gem and I haven't seen these being traded much, so I need some hints on these:
15% Ice Nova 13% Additional Accuracy 11% Arctic Armour 9% Searing Bond |

Additional accuracy's quality bonus is the most powerful one out of this selection imo. Increased crit chance is pretty nice. Also, ice nova gains more area. Not sure about the other two.
