PVP Resolute Technique vs Acrobatics

hello.
as GGG mentioned Acrobatics will get a signifficant buff in the upcomming patch (50% armour/ES instead of 0%) im now wondering in a 1 vs 1 situation lets say a standart heavy strike marauder has skilled resolute technique vs a meleh hunter with acrobatics. would the meleh hunter be able to evade the heavy strike attacks or not? -~Shop for the price awarded player~- view-thread/375747 | |

evade and dodge are 2 different things. The ranger or shadow with acrobatics would not be able to evade the resolute technique but would be able to dodge and mitigate damage. Dodge is similar to block, but it is its own independent stat which mitigates 100% damage...I do believe it acts the same with increase stun/block recovery right?
