Private League Mod Suggestion

It would be nice to have private league mods that enforce penalties on death. One idea I've been thinking of for a while is that dying should cause a random piece of gear to be corrupted. It's kinda atmospheric and the potential to brick your character makes death a real threat without being an outright deletion.
