high ping unplayable

im in singapore the server works fine since 0.5 launch until yesterday the ping goes up into 200 and all other servers too.
i notice its always the same common issue with high and down lag spikes but mostly i leave it about 4-5 hours it become normal again but now its getting longer and unplayable at all.
and NO my connection is runs good and great in other online games and live video streaming with high res.
