Was running the Sekhemas trial with a friend. Used the consumable Desperate Alliance Vase Relic. Right after we started the trial, we got the notification of maintenance. My friend's game crashed and he was unable to rejoin the trial. I was unable to complete the trial before server maintenance began and lost the relic
