Cant finish campaign because of bugged quest.

I tried playing maps but it said i needed to finish campaign first. I went back to see what i missed and the only quest i have is the runeseeker one in act 3 where i need to go to the mystic refuge and study the runic knowledge in front of the pool. When i summon farrow he doesnt even walk to the pool, just picks a book from the ground and then he just stays there. I cant interact with anything. This is my second character. The first one worked fine. How can a bug like this still be around? Too busy nerfing melee, buffing bows? Or is the bug fixing priority for the streamer clients first? Either way, its just a small indie company. Game breaking bugs should be expected i guess. Ill just wait until someone at ggg stops making skins for a second and fixes this bug, how much further behind of the curve can i be anymore lol
