Farrow's tome runes still mostly undiscovered. Completed campaign quest

Half the items in farrow's tome still showing as undiscovered.

Anyone have the same issue?

Already did the ingame campaign quest, all the way to plunder's post and desserted post. However, died during the expedition on plunder's post. Though it still allowed me to talk to farrow in desserted post.

Any help on this ?
