Can't import any hideouts

I have tried 10 different hideouts from Hideoutshowcase.com and I cant get any of them to work. I filtered for POE 2 and no MTX. Every hideout I try to import says Invalid doodads and could not be imported because you do not own any spare ones. The hideout im using is The Dreadnaught. I have also tried reclaiming and resetting to default. How do i get this to work? Am I doing something wrong?
