Thanks for chilling the game for me

I’m literally only writing this cause I think you have no concept of how your game works sometimes. Like it’s crazy to me that you make a class called bloodmage and you have to use life as a resource and it also makes me use mana then you make it so I can’t leech both at the same time. Then on top of that you need the amount of life I can leech and if that’s not enough. You also nerf the only gear that makes it so bloodmage and surviv. When you changed molded mits, you took away the best way to live in high maps.


Let me lay this out for you cause it don’t think you play the class I have two options.

Option 1 play mana and life I currently have a level 17 skill gem and can’t sustain life when fighting bosses because I have to go full into mana regen


Option 2 play just blood magic but here’s the problem not only do I have to go full into life but the leech is so bad you can’t sustain ever and all you do is die, cause potions don’t do anything when you get hit. Runic ward doesn’t help cause you don’t have enough



All in all I just wish you wouldn’t make a class that I love to play and then kill it it’s really unplayable I’m just asking cause you please make it playable I don’t need infinite life. I don’t mind a challenge but I shouldn’t have to put $300 into a build to make it viable.

I know that you will never see this and I get that but it’s frustrating if you tried your changes it would have never left the way it is. Bloodmage should have something that is special to blood mage to make blood magic usable I have a couple ideas if you ever decide to to fix the class

I assume I'm missing some combination of things from the patch notes, or things working differently than I'm reading, since the game is that complex.

The primary change I'm seeing is where you can only have a single leech per resource; is leeching both life and mana not working? Is the leech resistance just still overwhelming, even though it should be lower now?

Since I had to look this up--when you're referencing a unique, it's much more helpful to refer to the unique's name rather than it's base type. In this case, calling it Atziri's Acuity instead of Moulded Mitts.
i get you're annoyed. usually players are expected to build around their ascendancy/gear. i agree that for ultra unique ascendancies, there should be more nodes that actually help players actually have fun using that build.

for example minor node gives you life leech, followed by blood magic node.

that said, perhaps you can pay attention to which subforum you're posting to. (poe1 subforum is the wrong place)
