Buffer Underflow: echoing belt flicker strike

i just switched too a late league build. running flicker stirke slayer with the shrine belt. i was running resonating shrine but got a lucky ID on an echoing belt last night. insane. it was working fine last night and i was soo dang excited to log in today. every time i try to use my main attack now i get a buffer underflow error popup/ crash. ive tried validating game files, changing graphics settings, deleting the shader cache, and reinstalling the game entirely but nothing has helped. please help.

removed all MTX and this seems to have fixed it. must have been some mtx causing the error
