Guild Currency Stash Tabs Need Separate Deposit and Withdraw Permissions

Guild currency stash tabs currently need more permission control.

Right now, if members can access currency tabs, it is hard to control what they can take. This makes guild stash sharing risky, especially with valuable currency.

Please add separate permissions for currency stash tabs, like:

Deposit only
Withdraw allowed
Withdraw limit per day
Different permissions per currency type or tab section

This would let guild leaders safely allow members to contribute and use basic currency without risking the whole stash.

Some stash tabs have sections inside them, so permissions should be possible per tab, per section/category, or even per specific slot when needed
