Memory Leak while playing leading to constant crashes

The game starts out using around 7GB of RAM and just continues ramping up RAM usage while it runs. Eventually it reaches over 10GB of RAM usage which leads to the game crashing since all available RAM is used up and it tries to write data where it can't.
Playing on Win10 Ryzen5 3600 16GB DDR5 RAM Nvidia RTX 2070 Super Vulkan Renderer can provide crash dumps if needed, overflow and access denied errors are the most common error codes found in the dump. Did it start after latest patch? I experienced the same issue after updating PoE (standalone client). The only fix I found is disabling all MTX. No crashes since doing that.

No, had it last league as well and I don't use any MTX
