The game is almost unplayable with all the crashes

After the last update 0.5 I really struggle to stay in the game. I had so many pc shut downs and so many crashes to desktop. It crashes at any random time that I can't even know where to pinpoint the problem. I made so many tweaks to the Nvidia settings, to the Armoury Crate fans settings, cleaning dust inside the laptop, etc. I can't even imagine other people how they can play with a lower tier pc.
I have a Rog Strix Scar 16 2024, RTX 4080, 32RAM, 2TB ssd, 13th Gen Intel i9-13980HX,240hz, last Nvidia driver, last BIOS. I even lowered many in game settings just to take the heavy out but nothing. The only thing that improved a bit is I took off all the vibration settings from the controller and it make it a bit more stable.
The Engine Multithreading is ON, Dynamic Culling is ON.

Any help with that? I really want to continue playing this game after I spent a lot of time and money.
