I just started this week and my account is banned from the trade market?

i havent even tried to use the market til today, im like act 2 how did i get banned for trading i havent even traded?

What is the exact error message you're seeing?
For example, new accounts cannot trade until one of their characters reach level 25 for the first time - a restriction which exists to complicate the life of Real Money Traders. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
