There has been a patch error 2 hours into 0.5 launch.

I was playing the new league without issue, then after about 2 hours I was booted from the server. When I tried to login again it gave me an error stating that there had been a patch. I have tried the following:

1. restarting and running steam as admin
2. running the game as admin
3. verifying game files
4. restarting PC


None of these have worked. Could anyone give me a solution please? Thank you!
