I anointed an amulet with "purity of flesh" - 8% increased energy shield - 10% increased maximum life - +8% to chaos resistance The chaos res does NOT change, neither in hideout nor in maps ... You already have Purity of Flesh in your passive tree. Anointing it won't do anything.
