Cannot follow loot filter

Hello, when I view another users loot filter here on the website, the copy button is available, but the follow button is missing.

In the past, I have followed many loot filters w/o any issues. I am currently following many, and when I click on those I see the button to 'unfollow'.

But when I look at a filter I'm not currently following, there is not 'follow' button.

Can someone please help me out with this?
