"Harvest Crops In Your Maps Have #% Increased Chance To Contain A Tier 4 Plant" astrolab modifier on a map in the atlas does not result in that modifier appearing on the in-map list of map modifiers. Unclear whether the modifier is applied to the map at all, or merely just missing from the list of modifiers.
