Better Cosmetic Items

I genuinely enjoy Path of Exile 2 and I appreciate the incredible effort put into the game’s cosmetic system and art direction. The artists clearly put a huge amount of work and creativity into these designs. However, I personally feel that many of the current cosmetics lean very heavily into monster-like, grotesque, dead, corrupted, or overly dark aesthetics. While that absolutely fits the world of Path of Exile, I think there’s also room for more visually majestic, elegant, and aspirational designs.

One of the few cosmetics that truly stood out to me was the **Eldritch Royalty Armour Pack**. That set looked incredible — elegant, powerful, mysterious, and visually rewarding without relying too much on horror or decay themes. It honestly motivated me to play more and made me want to spend money on cosmetics because it felt premium, regal, and satisfying to wear.

I strongly believe there is a huge opportunity for Path of Exile 2 to introduce more cosmetics with:

* Royal and majestic aesthetics
* Divine or celestial themes
* Elegant high-fantasy armor
* Beautiful glowing effects
* Heroic and legendary visual styles
* Powerful but aesthetically pleasing designs

I think many players enjoy cosmetics that make their characters feel legendary, divine, stylish, or iconic — not just terrifying or corrupted. Expanding into these kinds of aesthetics could encourage more players, including myself, to invest more into microtransactions and supporter packs.

I also want to make it clear that I’m not an artist or designer myself — I’m simply a player who loves cool-looking cosmetics and wants to support the game more. I truly respect the talent of the POE2 art team, and I know they can create designs far better and more original than anything I could imagine.

I’m NOT saying these exact designs should be added to the game, and I’m not claiming these designs are “better.” These are simply examples of the visual direction and atmosphere that personally excites me as a player. I genuinely think adding more elegant, regal, celestial, and visually stunning cosmetics alongside the darker themes would appeal to a large portion of the player base and make the cosmetic shop even more exciting.
