Several long-standing visual bugs

1. Since previous season, Alva haven't texts to her replies in the Atzoatl Temple screen. Window for text still opens in the upper left part of the screen, but nothing is written here.

2. Immortals haven't texts now too, just as Alva. Windows for text are open, but nothing appears here. Voicing is fine.

3. Since previous season, hub screens aren't properly update visuals. In particular, it affects 2nd chapter after releasing temple guardian, and 8th before/after destroying Doedre.

4. Niko's mine now glitching, since Breach season too. It doesn't show the map of the mine by default, but shows it if zoomed out. And don't show sulphite cost for the paths. And is blinking periodically, brief but noticeable, as if it update visuals too slow.
