They didnt care...

Hey! Recently i got into a problem which involved my poe2 account getting hacked and got it's mail changed, then later on it gets banned because he used some kind of ThirdPartySoftware. So i created a ticket and explained the situation and gave them proof of ownership over the account.

First there was this kind guy Named Toby that was very helpful and understanding with my situation, he locked the account so that i could secure my account with safer passwords, 2fa and ran a scan for malicious malware in order to be sure it won't happen again. He then told me that once i've done all that he would unlock my account. Now a day later i got a mail from this nonchalant guy named Rob telling me that my account is permanently banned and told me to feel free to create a new account and buy the early access there aswell.

I got to try the game for like 2-3h maybe and now i have to pay for another account.

Was planning on grinding the new update that is coming with my brother but i really feel like they did me wrong here and won't spend that much money on a game where the staff ain't really care for their supporters. I've loved playing poe1 and have spent many many hours on there and don't really see the point in using ThirdPartySoftwares to cheat or whatever he did, for these kind of grinding games.. takes away all the fun and makes it pointless to play.

Anyone else had this problem..?
