Can items dissappear?

Today, 23.05.2026 at around 18:30 UTC+03:00, I have noticed that my WINE OF THE PROPHET flask is missing. Is it possible for an item to dissappear? Or is it possible that I have dropped it somehow? Any way I could find out or for it to be restored? Thank you!
