power siphon + runegraft of refraction

It seems bugged, attacking picks always a random target, on your side or behind you, at a medium or long range, rarely ever the mobs that are right there infront of you and that you are facing.

It is soooo fucking annoying when you have no control.

Can you make it work like normal PS and shoot the nearest target?
