Bug With Huck

I equipped huck with a Flanged Drill level 83 with
+1 to level of all jobs for heist
and
+1 to engineering level for heist

so i got level 5 in engineering

but i still unable to equip him with items requiren over level 3 of jobs.

Is not stated anywhere it needs to be base job. and it doesn't have any sense to be that way. so please fix it.

Not a bug. Huck is limited to Level 3 jobs/gear.

Since the 3.27 Patch (Keepers of the Flame League) with the following change ..

Rogues in the Rogue Harbour will now start at maximum level for the jobs they are proficient in.

.. it's pointless to use mods on their gear which raise their level.

It's not useless, but increasing the levels of their jobs via equipment won't help them meet the requirements for other equipment.

The extra levels will still increase their job speed, allow them in higher level contracts, and increase the Rogue's bonus when applicible: +1 Deception or All on Gianna gives an extra 5% discount, for example.
