ignite duration with firesong is not working properly

so i first put 7 ignite duration tattoos on that should be 70% reduced duration but instead it was going up? but THEN it was only at 30% duration..then i got 3 more tats just tonight slapped them on and im at 60% and again positive ignite duration?? i removed all the tats and im at -50% duration?? *confused noises*

The stat is "Reduced Ignite Duration on you", so you WANT it to go up. At 100% reduced duration, Ignite would have 0s duration on you.

50% increased Ignite Duration on you

The "50% increased Ignite Duration on you" is rendered as "-50% reduced"
