runegraft of treachery buffs unaffected by "effect of non-curse auras from your skills on enemies"

is it a non-curse aura? yes
is it an effect on an enemy? yes
so i see no reason why it shouldn't work.

tested with determination in pvp, and looking at my character sheet armor. Equipping gloves with this mod on the determ character did not change the armor of the affected character.
