Bug with Celestial Mathematics.

When attacking, ward breaks and 25% of the ward should be added, but it is not being added. I have tested and checked this in various ways in-game, but it is not applied. Is this a bug?

I am using Uhtred jewel number 3909.
The location is at the 6 o'clock Duelist position.

If you're looking for it to be included in the skill tooltip or in the character screen, I don't think conditional stats like that are ever shown in those places.

The character you have with the timeless jewel equipped appears to only have one skill slotted, Lacerate of Butchering linked to General's Cry. The keystone specifies "Attacks you Use yourself", so it wouldn't apply to General's Cry's clones. Do you not see it being applied (higher damage, applying Chill, or applying Freeze) when you use an Attack yourself?
