Chaos orb disapearing, like litterly inbetween picking em up and not entering inventory

No conspiracy "im sure im suposed to have more chaos orbs"
But they are disapearing in front of my eyes inbetween transfers, from stash to inventory and from ground to inventory.
Its a fresh install im using the most popular lootfilter from neversink

I wrote to suport but theyre understaffed. (Will i get suport here or should i contact somewhere else?)

This is what i wrote to suport:
"Poe chaos
Hi! Think i have a bug and doesn't seem to be loot filter-related.
I had a chaos orb in stash, took it out to trade with. And couldn't find it anywhere nor in bag and not in stash tab. Nowhere.
I let it go.
But now iv'e seen 2 chaos orbs drop and again its not in my inventory after i pickd it up from the ground"
