"Primed for Stun" threshold is wrong in multiplayer

When playing with another person, all mobs are primed for stun at 70% of their stun meter instead of 40% for white 50% for magic 60% for rare and 70% for unique.

This compounded with increased mob hp makes it nearly impossible to play something like Boneshatter in co op.
