plz help me my game crashs

i stopped playing the game some months ago because of my game crashing non stop after like 10 mins of playtime

now i came back to play after seeing the new update comeing and i just bought a new pc like 1 month ago i got a top of the line pc now and thinked i will no longer suffer and can play

but i still crash after even 1 mob pack of playtime and i am in the first act this is unreal i atleast got to maps before i had problems a few months ago
but now i cant even play plz help me i need support

i cant find where to get support for poe2

2) Updated drivers
3) Update BIOS and CPU Microcode (via firmware update)
