Valdo's Puzzle Box No Completion Rewards

Yesterday (05.17) around 15:30 (GMT+2), I ran this Valdo's map.

Fully cleared the map and didn't get my reward chest even after completing the vaal side area and the mirage.

I've seen similar posts with different mechanics which didn't yield a reward chest upon completion.

While this might be a very similar bug to those, I can't be sure so I made this post.

Since this happened yesterday and I didn't make a bug report back then I can only give this information. - (I pretty much rage quitted the game after)


Edit: Since there is no way for me to add additional visual representation of the bug I thought there is a need for more clarification.

As the screenshot of the map shows, the map contained an ore deposit of bismuth, which is click and leave. So I did just that and left the deposit behind; - no monsters spawn.
This ore deposit spawned halfway between the mirage portal and the boss room.
The boss room was in the top left corner of the map while the mirage in the middle portion all the way at the bottom.

As the map also had the modifier of every strongbox must be opened so I'll also include this.
The map did contain all of the 10 vaal vessels as the screenshot shows.
Also had 3 normal strongboxes, since I'm running strongboxes on my atlas tree.
The mirage only had 3 strongboxes, 2 vaal vessels and 1 normal strongbox.
The vaal side area only contained the vessel at the end.
So in total I "opened 17 strongboxes".

I didn't use any map modification like scarabs, fragments or anything.



"Disclaimer": I never really encountered a bug worthy of reporting before, so I had no knowledge on how to properly report and document one.

There is no ref number or video footage of the scenario.

Do you have video or screenshot to show how you actually doing the ore encoutner?

Have you release all monster?

Have you kite the monster too far away from the ore to bug the completion?
