Low FPS game runs poorly

I was playing POE2 since the release and it ran perfectly.
once the druid expention was released, the game runs on 14-15 fps and stuttering all the time. i have a strong computer RTX 4070 TI and i run heavier games with no problem. i tried reinstalling and and updating the graphic card but nothing helps. Last bumped on May 18, 2026, 2:42:50 PM
