First blood pack

It would be nice if we could buy that pack (First blood pack) on steam using both steam wallet and paypal to continue payment i would argue that pack one of the most important one for ppl and should be on steam with that ability
while i do know you can tehnicly buy it but that req you to have all the founds on steam but that doesnt work to nice when you have 90-95% of founds already on steam and you want to use paypal for the rest while not having to put 5 euro into steam since thats the standard
