Hello,

I’m unable to use the Path of Exile trade website: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade

The page is stuck on an endless loading screen and does not connect.

Additionally, the character tab/account panel is unavailable, so I cannot access my characters. The section with the HTML element <div id="inventory-controls"> does not load or work properly.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to fix this, or if this issue is related to my account.

This, at least, sounds like rate limiting. I experience this when I check someone's account (whether my own or someone else's) and click through several characters in a short time.
I rarely trade, so I don't know if this rate limiting is shared between this section of the website and trade.

Try returning after an hour or two, and see if the error persists. If it recurs on a regular basis, try reviewing the actions that you're taking that lead to getting rate limited--and, if you can't figure it out on your own, try posting about those actions here so we can help narrow it down.
