Game claims I'm using cheating software

It says I'm using some software, but of course I am not. How can I know what kind of software this game thinks could be cheating software? I have closed everything, even teamviewer, parsec, nvidia app, literally running barebones windows. Why am I getting this message?

I have already unistalled:
Logitec GHub
MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner
ProcessLasso

And I still get the message.

Is it from previous running of one of those from before?

You guys need to list what we ABSOLUTELY cannot use so we don't loose our accounts! This is outrageous!

Hi, i got this notification on thursday, i think we had the same thing happen.

Do you get it on every login? for me i got it 1st on april 20th, played daily for 3 weeks with nothing happening, then this thursday a 2nd pop up, i then fresh installed my computer just in case.

This is crazy, i got massive anxiety about my account and have to believe it is a false positive or reacting to some other games or software, ill update you since i only have path of exile and chrome etc on my system now.

Little glad i was not the only one, seen a couple of these threads on the forums in the past week.

The game may be complaining about keyboard or mouse macros. Macros are stored on the devices themselves, and uninstalling the software has no effect on them.

I have played yesterday, absolutely clean windows instance, absolutely clean gameplay.

I am still getting the message. Oh and my mouse which has the capacity to have macros written in it, has no macros in it. Per each one button, one singular action of press.

Are extra buttons forbidden? M4 and M5?

It's not the buttons, but what they do. Automation is generally prohibited. For example, double- and triple-clicking falls under the definition of automation, although there's probably no way to profit from it in the game.

Q: Can I apppeal the ban of the account after that? Is it possible to initiate a detailed investigation from your side after that?
