May 7th patch Visual and Sound bugs

Have just checked Exarch fight to find out if problem that ive been hear of connected to mine, and yes, i have no rune apperance as well. It should expand and give a clue when it explodes - but i dont have that.

I also have visual and sound issues with some of bosses attacks, like for example Izaro have no charging animation when he performs Slash or Slam attack (He have his Weapon emiting white-yellow light sparkles), also no sound - which made it EXTRA hard to dodge.

Cinder Elemental in act 3 in "The crematorium" is having visuals and sound of whirling blade when they roll (Its actually the case, but devs have changed it in the way Player would never see its original visuals).

My specs are gtx 1050ti, r5 3600, ddr4 16gb, ssd 220 kingstone from 2018ish

I have tried to delete game, delete all folders connected to that game (In appdata > Roaming > Path of exile. Where textures cache stored). I have tried to reinstall the game, check for file Integrity. I even changed render from Vulkan to Dx12 hoping that this will resolve the problem, but no, nothing have worked out. I was playing before may 7th patch and everything was fine, but now for some reason i started to get these visual and sound bugs

Can also add that i have tried to test these issues through Geforce now, i got rtx 3050 and still managed to have same issues there. Its either their service have not updated drivers and this is the reason why nothing have changed and in my case i simply can't update due to gtx 10 series having no farther driver support OR its simply a bug
