No activities are launched in the Kingsmarsh location.

Kingsmarch mechanics appear frozen on my account in Standard league.
Shipments are stuck, map progression UI is frozen, vendors do not refresh inventory, and activities cannot be started.
Changing instances, restarting the client, and changing gateways did not help.
