More than 5 Years with this bug in Heist Gianna

Gianna keeps disguised but she doesn't respond to open doors. hotkey or pressing the button doesn't do anything.

Put in the list of know bugs at least, dont just plain ignore it.

I noticed that sometimes Gianna vanishes and can open wrong room (not the closest at the moment of button (mechanic activation V) press).

Sometimes there is what I presume intended cool interaction, where she disappears, and then "suddenly" opens the main door for you, but the problem is - sometimes it does not trigger.

I am not sure, if it was because I was spamming leap slam, or what, but sometimes you end in a state, where the Gianna disappeared, door is closed, and there is no trigger for the door to open.

This in this state - last door is closed, and there is no trigger I can find for it to open.

Edit:
Gianna reset after triggering lockdown and last door successfully triggered and opened, but this heist failed due to a bug, and it felt bad.
