New bonus gem design for future leagues

Gemling queens goblins can be found in any zone and they drop gem shards.
You autoloot them like gold, and they allow you to buy a random gem orb.

These gem orbs are white delivery systems that can be merged with matching active skills by right-left click applying them.

Some examples:

- Flicker strike -

You teleport on a target, deliver a strike, chance to get frenzy charge on hit and consume a frenzy to bypass cd.

You can apply this orb on skills like viper strike, elemental hit, static strike, molten strike, vigilant strike, heavy strike or similar attacks which replace the normal attack.


- Eye of winter -

You cast a orb that fires projectiles in a ring outwards.

Apply it to fireball, frostbolt, lightning orb, essence drain, or other spell projectiles.



Devs obviously adjust the effectiveness of added dmg to match each skill for a balanced outcome for each unique gem combo.
Gem orbs can not be used on corrupted/enchanted/transfigured/vaal special gems.


I know this moves a line in the water close to skill identity, and that there aren't that many "delivery system + new skill gem" combos to make a whole league around, but it's a cool idea worth exploring.

A handful of these could be added to the pool among gems like "greater spell echo/multistrike" etc. as raw, rare end game loot.
