Overloaded Intensity support might be.. group ignored due no streamer exposure?

So, new Exceptional gem that - in short - says:

+ 5.5 BASE crit chance
+ 140% crit multi

if you just please stack some cast speed and have one jewel socket to spare and path near to crit mastery (for +3 crit support gems mastery)


I might be missing something but a single support that does better job supporting crits than two others (crit strikes and crit damage supports) and price for it is.. stacking cast speed is kinda weird

Exceptional gems in general are very uneven, on one hand powerful, on the other - wildly niche, but this one stands out in how universally strong it is requiring you to just stack something already beneficial

How to use it:

Pick a compatible skill (needs to scale via AOE damage)
Support it with Intensity Support and Overcharged Intensity
Socket a Nadir Mode unique jewel (drops from heist unique contract)
Caster Mastery "+1 intensify"
Crit Mastery "+3 levels to crit supports"
Stack Cast speed so you remain at 4 intensity despite losing intensity every .5 seconds (trivial with RF of Arcane or Arcane Surge %effect and any fast casting spell)

It sounds like an investment but in reality it is trivial setup.

+200% crit chance from Nadir Mode
64% more damage from Intensity support
+5.1% base crit from lvl 2+3 Overload Intensity
+171% crit multi

it isnt insane by any means, that stupid minion life support laughs at it, but it is by no mean trivial, definitely way above the average power-per-support in a setup that cost penies. and while 'solving crit' is commonly quoted to be 'easy' - it kinda isnt. some classes have it easy (Inquis, Assassin) but otherwise capping crit actually requires at least some effort.

i actually wonder why people are kinda ignoring it?
