Grasping astrolabe ignoring atlas and being only unstable breaches.

As title states the breach astrolabe "Grasping astrolabe" doesn't state anywhere that it is only unstable breaches, but when applying hive atlas to the astrolabe it is ignoring atlas and only spawning unstable breaches.

it does say your maps contain an unstable breach when you apply it to the atlas so more than likely intended
