Some boss abilities not showing since latest patch 3.28.0h

I've been noticing boss abilities not showing such as when Veritania yells "I shall free you" and crashes onto the ground, the circle simply no longer appears. Same for the Searing Exarch when he casts Incineration, red expanding runes on the ground are supposed to appear but they no longer do. In his ball phase Maven also just looks completely bugged.

I can second that. Have just checked Exarch fight to find out if your problem connected to mine, and yes, i have no rune apperance as well. It should expand and give a clue when it explodes - but i dont have that.

I also have visual and sound issues with some of bosses attacks, like for example Izaro have no charging animation when he performs Slash or Slam attack (He have some sort of glow surrounding him), also no sound - which made it EXTRA hard to dodge.

Cinder Elemental in act3 in The crematorium is having visuals and sound of whirling blade when they roll (Its actually the case, but devs have changed in the way Player would never see its original visuals).

My specs are gtx 1050ti, r5 3600, ddr4 16gb, ssd 220 kingstone from 2018ish

Shaper and Maven also have this bug. Shaper's animation when he initiates his slam and Maven when she does her fireball.
