Unable to reach achievement server DC with rollback

I got this 2 times in a row after doing a memory guardian map ^^ first time it rollback dc me whitout any progress -_- 2nd time i logged out in the progress so it saved my items but the map progress didn't get added to the challenge counter and it logged me out again after some time :/

Keeps showing up and i'm unable to play because of this :/
